01 Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the cvbaji website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services accessible at cvbaji.org. "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a cvbaji account. "We", "Us", or "cvbaji" refers to the operator of the Platform. "BDT" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole account currency. "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses awarded to a Player's account.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute includes amendments and re-enactments of that statute.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register for a cvbaji account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing cvbaji account, whether active, suspended, or closed.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from cvbaji or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. cvbaji reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account credentials (username and password) are personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. cvbaji will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use arose from your failure to keep credentials secure.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the cvbaji Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. cvbaji does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your cvbaji account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. cvbaji reserves the right to reject deposits from third-party sources or sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. cvbaji targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad under standard conditions; however, processing times may vary due to payment provider availability, additional verification requirements, or banking system maintenance. cvbaji does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines.

Verification: cvbaji may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Required documentation may include a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension.

cvbaji is not responsible for delays, errors, or fees imposed by third-party payment processors. Players are responsible for any charges applied by their own bank or mobile financial service provider.

04 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

cvbaji may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup promotions). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In all cases the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available only to verified, eligible players aged 21 and above.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Real money funds deposited alongside a bonus may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard withdrawal conditions, but doing so may void the associated bonus.
• cvbaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or systematic exploitation.
• Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting markets, and certain slot titles may carry reduced contribution percentages as specified in individual promotion terms.

Any Player found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated systems to complete wagering, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics — will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

05 Gameplay Rules and Betting

All games available on the cvbaji Platform — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, crash games, and table games — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules are more specific to the game type in question.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. cvbaji reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly displayed in error, where the event outcome was already known at the time of betting (where this was not publicly disclosed), or where a match is abandoned before the minimum qualifying time has elapsed. Voided bets are returned to the Player's account as cash balance.

Live Casino: Live casino games are operated in real time by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. cvbaji acts as an intermediary between the player and the game provider. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round, the studio provider's recorded outcome will be final and binding. cvbaji is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's end that result in a disconnection during gameplay.

Slots and RNG Games: All slot and RNG-based games use independently certified random number generation to determine outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the game provider for each title. No strategy, tool, or system can influence RNG outcomes.

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. cvbaji reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cvbaji Platform. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in creating duplicate accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports events, or placing bets based on information not publicly available at the time of betting.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security of the Platform or its underlying technology.
• Using the account of another person, whether with or without their consent.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cvbaji staff or other players via any communication channel.

07 Responsible Gaming

cvbaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools, accessible from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits — receive automatic reminders and session-end notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is locked and no deposits are accepted.
• Cooling-off periods — take a break from gaming for a defined period without permanently closing your account.

08 Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will be used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised promotions where you have opted in.

cvbaji employs 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption across all data transmissions between the Platform and your device. Payment data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors and is not stored on cvbaji servers beyond what is required for transaction records. 09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cvbaji's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cvbaji shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Service interruptions caused by internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Technical failures on the player's own device or network connection.

Nothing in these Terms limits cvbaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10 Amendments, Suspension, and Termination

cvbaji reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cvbaji will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

cvbaji may suspend or terminate a Player's account at any time and without notice where:

• The Player is found to have breached these Terms or any applicable law.
• cvbaji has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• The Player's use of the Platform presents a security or legal risk to cvbaji or other players.
• cvbaji is required to do so by a competent authority or regulator.

Upon termination, any real money balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to cvbaji will be returned to the Player via the withdrawal method on file, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

11 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the cvbaji service, please contact our support team in the first instance via email at [email protected]. Complaints should include your registered account details, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (such as transaction references or screenshots).

cvbaji will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve complaints within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within this timeframe, cvbaji will provide a progress update and an estimated resolution date.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, the matter may be referred to mediation or such other dispute resolution mechanism as may be agreed between the parties. These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by applicable law. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competent jurisdiction over cvbaji's operations.

12 General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and cvbaji with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: cvbaji's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without cvbaji's prior written consent. cvbaji may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at its discretion.

Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
